As part of the development process, we conduct the following steps:

Step 1: Gather Requirements.

We will meet with you to discuss your website vision, gather specific requirements, and obtain existing content, graphics, etc. Specifically, we will want to discuss each web page along with the associated content, images, and additional functionality desired. At this time, we request that you have gathered/authored all desired content and graphics and have a copy available for us. Additionally, please identify a primary point of contact from your company that will be authorized to make business decisions and answer questions. We will also need to know the details around how your existing website is hosted (if applicable).

Step 2: Provide a Quote.

Based on the requirements gathered, we will provide a quote of the estimated costs associated with the project. The quote will contain:

One-time Website Design and Development Charge
Web Hosting Costs (Optional) – We can host your website through our web hosting provider or assist you with setup of your own web hosting account.)
Ongoing Maintenance (Optional) – We can provide periodic content updates to your website as desired. Simply email us the updates and we will make the changes.

Step 3: Prototype.

Based on the requirements gathered, we will build a semi-functional shell of your company's new website that includes the pages requested. We will host this on our test server and make it available to you so that you can review and provide feedback on changes desired.

Step 4: Deployment.

Once you are 100% satisfied with the website as-built on our test server, we will publish the website to the public.

Step 5: Maintenance.

For up to 1 Month, we will make content updates that may have been overlooked during the development and review period (existing pages only).

For up to 1 Year, we will fix any programming defects that you find on the website. Simply email us the problem and we will make it a priority to resolve as soon as possible.
