Manage your Waitlist Professionally!
The Waitlist Module consists of two user interfaces: the Player Display and the FrontDesk Entry.
The two components work together to communicate to your Players and Personnel the current status of all Table/Game Waitlists.
Player Display
The Player Display is the simplified list of players presently waiting to play a
game. The Player Display can be displayed on any large-screen monitor. The following features are offered:
- Intuitive, simplified, and professional display
- Color-coated Tables, Games, and Waitlists
- Display auto-sizes based on number of games offered.
- Players are highlighted when their seat is ready
- Player preferences (Table, Seat, etc) are noted.
- Transfer List
- Scrollbar
- Table Layout Map
- Scrolling Information Text
- User Interface can be branded with the Poker Room’s Logo and Colors.
FrontDesk Entry
The FrontDesk Entry is used to manage all aspects of the Waitlist by the Poker
Room’s personnel. The FrontDesk Entry can be used as a TouchScreen or with a Keyboard/Mouse.
The FrontDesk Display provides the following features:
- Intuitive, simplified, and professional display
- Touchscreen Interface
- Ability to select Mulitple Players
- Transfer List Management
- Transfer List
- Waitlist Setup for Tables, Games, etc
- Identify Customer Preferences (Table, Seat, etc)
- Open/Close Tables and Games
- Share Information amongst FrontDesk Personnel
