The Tournaments Module has three components: Schedule Setup and Display, Results Entry and Display,
and the LeaderBoard.
Schedule Setup and Display
The Schedule Setup component provides an Administrator the ability to easily setup
the Tournamenet Schedule offered at their Poker Room. The Schedule can be printed
and/or viewed online. The Schedule can be updated at anytime.
The following features are offered:
- Tournament information captured includes: Tournament Name, Date, Time, Buy-In, Add-On,
Chips, Blind Levels, Bounty, Guarantee, Maximum Players.
- Provides ability to copy an entire week, month, or longer.
- Ability to delete, add, or update in real-time.
- Schedule can be integrated within your existing Website or hosted externally on
our Secure Server.
Results Entry and Display
Results Entry provides an Administrator the ability to record Tournament
Results. Results Display provides the ability to print and/or view results online. Because the Tournaments
were already entered via the Schedule Setup Administration Tool, tracking individual
Player Results for a Tournament is a breeze. A Player Database is provided that
can be pre-loaded with your existing Players or you can choose to start fresh and
enter them new as they cash in tournaments. The following features are offered:
- Supports Multi-Table and Single-Table Tournament Results
- Capture prize won, associate points, identify “chops”.
- Automatically calculate points for a player based on number of entries and points
formula.
- Points Formula is configurable based on your Poker Room’s formula.
- Results can be viewed in real-time online within your existing Website or hosted
externally on our Secure Server.
- Ability to create new, delete, merge, update Players within the Player Database.
- Ability to import into database existing players from file.
LeaderBoard
The LeaderBoard provides the ability to rank Players, based on their Tournament
Wins and display results in real-time online. The LeaderBoard supports both Monthly
and Yearly Rankings. The following features are offered:
- Monthly and Yearly LeaderBoards
- Multi-Table and Single-Table LeaderBoards
- View both Current Month/Year and Previous Month/Year
- Capture Rank, Name, Number of Cashes, and Points
- Print to Adobe PDF
